Return & Refund Policy

If our products don't work within 30 days of purchase, please messenger us or email: support@mountingdream.com to get professional help. And if our technical staff can't resolve your problem, we will refund your money according to the following refund policy. However, we believe our professional help from our support will solve all the problems as soon as possible. We will try our best to provide you with the best products and services.

Return and Refund for Defective Item
All products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee if the product is defective (but suggest contact us for replacement to avoid any returning hassle); Product must be in good condition in their original packaging without broken or missing parts, or extra fees will be charged. Please kindly note that Mounting Dream will not be responsible for any lost if return product is lost or stolen during delivery/transit. 

Return Shipping Fee Paid by the Customer If:
1. The product is damaged by customer;
2. The product is placed by customer’s mistake (for example, customer wrongly buys a mount that is not compatible with their TV or the wood studs spacing of their house. So please read through the description and follow the Buying instruction to make sure mounts are compatible. If you are not sure, please feel free to contact support@mountingdream.com with the full model number and the wood studs spacing of your house, we would like to check it for you before you place order)

Return Shipping Fee Paid by Mounting Dream if

Defective, wrong item, wrong quantity or incorrect package was sent. But we would love to send the replacement if you contact support@mountingdream.com with the following info: clear pictures of the defective, wrong items or incorrect package and the shipping label. If customers do not want the replacement, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

    Step 1. Check if the product qualifies the return requirement above;
    Step 2. Submit a return request by emailing to support@mountingdream.com with your order number and the detailed problem you are encounter.
    Step 3. Once the request is approved, please ship the product to the address we offered and notice us the tracking number.

We will issue refund once we get the product. The refund will be credit to the original payment methods in 24 hours.

Important Note: Please do not return any product directly to the package address. Returns are required to send to the address we provided. No refund will be issued if the product is sent back to the package address or without approval.
