Return Product Requirement
Product must be in good condition in their original packaging without broken or missing parts, or extra fees will be charged.
If the product that is broken, part-missing or defective when customers open it, please email to support@mountingdream.com with clear pictures.

Return Shipping Rates
Customer will be responsible for the return shipping rates if:
1. The product is damaged by customer;
2. The product is placed by customer’s mistake.
Mounting Dream will be responsible for the return shipping rate if:
1. The product is defective;
2. The product is missing part when customers open it. Please kindly note that Mounting Dream will not be responsible for any lost if return product is lost or stolen during delivery/transit.

Step 2. Submit a return request by emailing to support@mountingdrem.com with your order number and the detailed problem you are encounter.
Step 3. Ship the item back with the order number for reference and let us know the tracking. We will refund you after we get the items in good condition. Refund will be issued and refunded to the original payment method in 1 day!
