For B2B customers, we schedule truck carrier pick up within 1 business day after we receive your order successfully and it may take 2-6 business days to delivery the items without weather/carrier/customs delays.
All products from mountingdreamonline.com have a 30-Days Money Back Guarantee. Items within 30 days from the day you receive in good condition can be returned. Refund will be issued after we receive the return.
Return Product Requirement
Product must be in good condition in their original packaging without broken or missing parts, or extra fees will be charged.
If the product that is broken, part-missing or defective when customers open it, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with clear pictures.
Return Shipping Rates
Customer will be responsible for the return shipping rates if:
