If you are under the following circumstances:
- You move to a new house where the previous owner left the wall plate of Mounting Dream but without the brackets attached to the TV.
- You buy a new TV, but you throw the old TV with the brackets attached.
- You have the wall plate of Mounting Dream without the brackets.
Please inform us of the following information before you place an order and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The model number of the TV mount. If you don’t know it, please send us a clear photo of showing the wall plate and the arm to help us locate which mount it is.
- Your TV full model number. We would like to check if the mount works with your TV.
- Your wood studs spacing. We would like to check if the mount works on your wall if you haven’t mounted it on the wall.

Return Product Requirement
Product must be in good condition in their original packaging without broken or missing parts, or extra fees will be charged.
If the product that is broken, part-missing or defective when customers open it, please email to email@example.com with clear pictures.
Return Shipping Rates
Customer will be responsible for the return shipping rates if:
1. The product is damaged by customer;
2. The product is placed by customer’s mistake.
Mounting Dream will be responsible for the return shipping rate if:
1. The product is defective;
2. The product is missing part when customers open it.
Please kindly note that Mounting Dream will not be responsible for any lost if return product is lost or stolen during delivery/transit.
3-Step to Return
Step 1. Check if the product qualifies the return requirement above;
Step 2. Submit a return request by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the detailed problem you are encounter.
Step 3. Ship the item back with the order number for reference and let us know the tracking. We will refund you after we get the items in good condition. Refund will be issued and refunded to the original payment method in 1 day!
Important Note: Please do not return any product directly to the package address. Return item is required to send to the address we provided. No refund will be issued if the product is sent back to the package address or without approval.
