And if our technical staff can’t resolve your problem, we will refund your money according to the following refund policy. Refund Conditions

You may be eligible to receive a refund when our products don’t work on your devices and our technical staff can’t resolve the problem for you within 30 days following the day of your purchase as long as refund reasons do not contradict the Refund Policy conditions outlined below.

The claim for refund may be issued when you are charged on an automatic renewal within 14 days.

Refund will be unavailable 30 days after your purchase.

In case of the refund issuance please note that each transaction 10% will be deducted from the refunded amount as fees charged by banks and payment processing companies.
